Fight Nofap Urges Using a Accupuncture Mat

A nofap urge is the urge to touch yourself. This is the message sent to your mind from your body.

This message is a lie.

The body is actually asking for a bodily release, of which there are infinitely better releases than self-stimulation.

Physical training the moment an urge to self-stimulate arises is the best release. Pushups, squats, lunges, and sit-ups are available on a moment’s notice without any equipment. Same with going on a walk, which offers a greater incentive against self-stimulation since you’re leaving the house and won’t self-stimulate outside.

When you feel an urge for a sexual release in a moment that lacks an authentic sexual experience, what you need to do is give attention to the body domain. If you’re constantly pursuing pleasure, when your body needs attention, it requests pleasure because you have not conditioned your body domain to pursue fulfillment. Pleasure cannot be fulfilled.

One of the primary reasons for the body domain tenet: ‘Do not neglect the body domain’ from The Andreia code is that the body’s need for release will be released no matter what. The pressure builds until you cannot refuse the body domain. It’s better that the release is through mastery, which aids the wanderer, as opposed to the pursuit of pleasure, which hurts the wanderer because pleasure cannot be fulfilled.

When you feel a nofap urge, release body domain pressure through physical training.

For those who do not pursue bodily mastery, or have pursued bodily mastery so thoroughly that physical training is difficult to do bodily, mentally, or spiritually, the acupuncture mat may help you.

The Acupressure mat requires no physical expenditure, but it still releases a nofap urge or other body-domain need for release through low-volume, healing pain from the spines of the mat.

This is good if you’re sore all over, injured, or unwilling to exercise for whatever limitation or excuse. The acupuncture mat requires lying on it; no other effort required.

If you’re obese and trying to get your life together by abstaining form self-stimulation, you can use the mat when training the body is a difficult mental/spiritual hurdle; to be fulfilled, you will need to pursue body mastery.

One reason you may wish to abstain from self-stimulation is because it is an inauthentic intimate experience. The pursuit or engagement with inauthentic intimate experiences cannot be fulfilled.

This is opposed to an authentic intimate experience, based in reality that contains numerous aspects of mastery leading to growth for the individual.
