It is an act of loyalty to educate others to become better retainers. Therefore, those with the will to learn should be given instruction. Nothing is more joyous than passing on knowledge to be vicariously useful in service through others.

The pursuit of mastery is The Way of the warrior and The Way of the wanderer in search of fulfillment.
A warrior is a wanderer and a wanderer is a warrior.
To be educated is to pursue mastery in the domain of mind; to educate is to pursue mastery in the domain of mind.
When the educator educates, they reinforce what they know. Similar to how reinforcing a structure is adding to what is known.
Knowing is order.
The unknown is chaos.
When the educator is with their student, the student’s chaos may bring additional order to the educator, as chaos is sorted and organized into order.
To educate is to pursue mastery just as much as it is to be educated. When you share knowledge with your peers, both of you grow your minds, as well as the bond your spirits have.
To grow another person, whether a peer, a child, or any other relationship, is to strengthen the bond between you and them.
Strengthening any bond is an act of loyalty. The strengthening of anything is the pursuit of mastery, loyalty to the path and The Way. This applies to people as well as things.
Because fulfillment is found on the path, where mastery is, passing on knowledge is fulfilling.
Individuals who are willing to learn are asking to create or strengthen a bond. If they ask about physical training, they want to bond via the body domain. Or if they want to acquire knowledge you have, they aim to bond through the domain of the mind.
When the individual becomes stronger, society becomes stronger. By pursuing mastery in yourself and aiding others in their pursuits, you live in accordance with The Way and are rewarded with fulfillment.
